The hosting account may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason.
No refund will be given.
Any domain names registered by Namu 6 Ltd. will be owned by Namu 6 Ltd..
The ownship of your hosting account domain name can transferred to you for the fee of $35 USD. Namu 6 Ltd. reserves the right to transfer the ownership of any domain name to a third party if you cancel your hosting account.
You will not access, or attempt to access a computer or network resource that you are not authorized to access.
You agree that you will not use your hosting account for the following:
- send unsolicited commercial or bulk email to any party.
- distribute, or make available intellectual property that requires some method of authorization to sell or distribute, which you do not have.
- distribute, or make available pornography.
- distribute, or make available any materials that are are defamatory, slanderous or trade libelous.
- distribute, or make available any materials that are threatening or harassing.
- distribute, or make available any materials that are discriminatory based on gender, race, age or promotes hate.
- distribute, or make available worms, trojans, or viruses, or commit or attempt to commit any denial of service attack against any computer, network, or individual.
- violate export controls on any software or intellectual property.
Namu 6 Ltd reserves the right to cease immediately without liability.
Namu 6 Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice. In the case of the account termination, we are not responsible for the content of your web site that is lost.
Service is not guaranteed as accidents can happen. :-)
Also note that we understand that certain violations of the above terms can occur inadvertently, and even as a result of unauthorized access from some third party. We will do our best to weigh the merits of each individual case and act with common sense and an understanding of the technical and social implications of the situation.
In brief: If you uphold your end of this agreement, we will uphold our end and do our best to provide intelligent, useful service at a reasonable price.
