Go to Tools -> Accounts-> Add -> Mail-> this will start a setup wizard, type the following settings and click on Next after each screen:
Display Name: Type your name
Email Address: Type your email address
Select POP3 server
Incoming Mail server: Type the incoming mail server address (normally your domain name)
Outgoing Mail server: Type the outgoing mail server address (normally your domain name, or you can use your ISP's outgoing mail server)
POP account name: Type your username
Password: Type your password
Internet Mail account name: Type your email address
