Namu6 is freeware. The download itself contains only the Namu6 software. Namu6 will not uninstall other programs or add any non-Namu6 programs or files to your computer.
Known Problems
Windows Vista displays a blank page: the workaround (after installing):
1. Right click on the application
2. Select "Properties"
3. Click the "Compatibility" tab
4. Check "run this program in compatibility mode for:"
5. From the drop down menu, select "Windows XP (service pack 2)"
Small text after upgrading: Sometimes website text can appear small in the web browser after upgrading, to fix this start Namu6, then click Options then click Publish All Pages.
Corrupted setup file: Please try to download and install again, if the problem persists please contact us and we'll email you a copy.
How to download and install:
1. Download the Namu6 software by clicking the "Download from Download.com" link at the top of this page, then click on the "Download now" link.
2. When prompted choose save and select a download location, eg. the My Documents folder.
3. When the downloading process has finished, open the folder you saved the file to, eg My Documents. Double click on the Namu6Setup file to start the install process.
4. After the installation has finished, Namu6 is ready to be used. Namu6 can always be found in the Start menu.
